With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in land planning, landscape architecture, and development management, I founded Landlinx Ltd. to provide focused, results-driven consulting services for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and resort projects. My career has centred on transforming complex sites and bold visions into approved and built communities. Highlights include master planning and securing approvals for signature communities such as Red Rock Country Club (Las Vegas), The Villages at Mount Hope Bay (Rhode Island); Georgian Bay Club (Collingwood), and Lora Bay Club (Thornbury), along with numerous large-scale residential subdivisions, mixed-use developments, golf communities, senior residences, parks, industrial, commercial and urban infill projects throughout Ontario and the US. I specialize in every phase from concept to completion:

• Master Planning & Site Plan Design – delivering creative, market-responsive plans for communities, subdivisions, institutional, commercial, industrial and mixed-use districts.

• Regulatory Approvals – expertly guiding Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan Applications, subdivision agreements, and building permits while building strong relationships with municipalities and stakeholders.

• Project & Construction Management – coordinating multidisciplinary teams (including civil engineering, architecture, and landscape architecture), overseeing budgets, schedules, and construction administration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
